Refund policy

You may return any product ordered from the GlassTats.com website within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery for a refund.

The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging. Please reach out to the customer service team at gtgals@glasstats.com before anything is shipped back.

Items returned after 30 days will be in the form of a store credit.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Be sure to keep your return tracking information until the refund has been processed:
