HALLOWEEN HUNT — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Promotion Period
The GlassTats Halloween Hunt begins on September 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 15, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and immediate family members of GlassTats are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period:

Visit a World Market store and find GlassTats Halloween drink markers.

Take a photo or video showing GlassTats in the store.

Share your photo or video on Instagram as a Story, Reel or feed post and tag @GlassTats and @WorldMarket.
Your post must be visible to GlassTats in order to qualify. If your Instagram account is private, send a screenshot of your qualifying post or Story via direct message to @GlassTats during the Promotion Period.
Each unique World Market store sighting counts as one entry. Entrants may submit sightings from multiple World Market store locations for additional entries; however, only one entry per person per store location will be counted.
No purchase is necessary. Photographing the product in-store is sufficient to enter.
Entries must be the entrant’s own content and must not contain material that is unlawful, offensive or infringes upon the rights of another person.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

One $100 World Market gift card; and
-
One 12-month GlassTats Cheers Club membership, approximate retail value $168.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”): $268.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The potential winner will be contacted by direct message from @GlassTats within five (5) business days following the end of the Promotion Period.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, is determined to be ineligible or cannot accept the prize, another potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Publicity and Content
By entering, entrants grant GlassTats permission to repost or share their submitted Halloween Hunt content on GlassTats-owned social media channels, with credit to the entrant, in connection with the promotion and GlassTats’ marketing of the Halloween Hunt.
Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that GlassTats may announce their Instagram handle and/or first name in connection with announcing the winner.
7. General Conditions
GlassTats reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Official Rules or that appear fraudulent, manipulated or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
GlassTats reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the promotion from operating as intended, subject to applicable law.
Any federal, state or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
8. Instagram and World Market Disclaimer
This promotion is sponsored solely by GlassTats.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or World Market. By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram and World Market are not responsible for the administration of the promotion or fulfillment of the prize.
